About Nancy Hollen

Nancy has been happily retired since the beginning on 2025 after a tremendous career as a realtor that began in 1998.  Nancy was able to achieve incredible accolades and awards throughout the years including the Distinguished Service Award in 2014 and the Legacy Award in 2022.  She held multiple designations that required not only education but also experience and sales volume. Her involvement with the local realtor association was pivotal to its growth and current success. Nancy is smart and hard working and First Colorado Land Office will always be honored that she chose to hold her license with this firm for all of those years.  We wish her a long and peaceful retirement!
