About Megan Rae

Megan Rae brings 25 years of experience in legal practice to Century 21. Working with Colorado businesses and families regularly intersects with merger & acquisition, and real estate transactions. Meg recently added her associate broker licensure to her skillset to advance how she serves her real estate and legal clients, particularly in buyer/seller negotiations and complex transactions. Meg recognizes that behind every deal are unique parties and situations; she aims to exceed client expectations every step of the way.

As a real estate investor herself, Meg is passionate about helping buyers, sellers and investors. Meg has called Denver/Front Range home for 20 years and Chaffee County home for the past 13 years and is excited to assist clients with her knowledge and expertise in both markets.

Meg also works as legal counsel with New Leaf Family Law.  She founded Yoga Olas in Salida, CO where she continues to guide weekly yoga classes. She has three inspiring children, a golden retriever, and two cats.  In her free time, She enjoys traveling, cooking and reading.
